You book directly with the owner through this site and you do not have to pay any commissions. When booking, you will receive a rental contract from the owner, based on the system of private rental, in which it is agreed that the furniture part of the rent is determined at 10%. In this apartment rental formula, neither sheets, towels, nor breakfast are provided. Access is provided by a digicode. The renting is at your own risk and the tenant is liable for his co-tenants and any guests. Any complaints must be reported in writing within 12h00 after arrival.
